Learn Ayurveda.

At The School of Ayurveda, we believe that learning should be empowering, immersive and most of all, enjoyable. These values can be seen in the way we teach and how our courses are delivered.

Our courses encompass the ancient teachings of Ayurveda and deliver them in a palatable and modern format to aid learning and application.

Teaching is undertaken at our UK premises or online through the School of Ayurveda Learning Portal.

This year has given us the opportunity to deliver our courses fully online, meaning students who are unable to physically travel to the UK can still join us.

Ayurveda Lifestyle & Nutrition Consultant

1 Year Diploma Level Qualification

Our Ayurveda diploma programme takes you on a life changing journey where you deep dive into your inner self to learn about the connection with your body, environment and the world around you. This course focuses on the core concepts of Ayurveda by placing a great emphasis on inner-healing.

At The School of Ayurveda, we understand that anyone who wants to guide others along the path of Ayurveda needs to be fully immersed in it themselves. With this in mind we have provided content that takes you on both a practical and experimental journey. Through the course of the year you will gain direct experience of the powerful Ayurvedic healing system. This true experience of self-healing will form the foundation of your Ayurveda knowledge and take you on your journey to heal others.

We have drawn upon the key concepts from the Ayurveda BAMS degree to form the syllabus of this intensive diploma, with a practical approach to Ayurveda forming a key component of your learning. This course is designed to fit the busy schedule of individuals from varying professions and backgrounds.

Ayurveda rekindles your body’s innate wisdom, allowing you to form a trusting relationship with your inner body and mind. This will allow you to make nutritional choices for your unique constitution, undertake the correct daily routines and promote inner calmness.

There is no ridged structure that you have to follow in Ayurveda, however there is discipline that comes from within you. Here we encourage you to move away from the ‘one-model-fits-all’ approach and focus on each person as an individual.

Our Ayurveda Lifestyle & Nutrition Consultant Diploma has been accredited by the prestigious Complimentary Medical Association, who deliver Excellence in Complementary Medicine in the UK. Upon completion of this Diploma, you can become a CMA member, which in addition to supplying a professional accreditation, offers numerous other benefits which can be found here.
